Limited-Time Offer: Play for Free
90 days. 25 missions. 3,750 points. 1 planet-positive future.
I’ve been working in sustainability for nearly 2 decades and in that time I realised something.
Most people genuinely care about protecting the environment.
The problem is that the world of sustainability is tricky. It’s packed with jargon, doomsday predictions, judgement and conflicting information.
And often the solutions we’re presented with come with a hefty price tag.
Which leaves so many of us feeling confused, helpless and anxious.
I don’t believe in guilt as a tool to shame people into making better choices for our planet.
But I 100% believe that people feel empowered when they’re given the right information and don’t feel judged.
Plus, the science shows us that using play to tackle eco-anxiety helps to reduces stress and build agency.
This is for you if you want to:
-
- Start taking action to make a real difference in the fight against climate change.
-
- Stop feeling guilty about the mess we’re leaving to future generation.
-
- Get access to clear guidance on simple, everyday changes, many of which will actually save you money.
-
- Understand why the changes are important and the impact they’ll have.
-
- Confidently share these ideas with friends and family.
-
- Stop doomscrolling and start feeling more hopeful about our future.
Plus £3 from every guide purchased goes towards one of these 4 charities that are doing fantastic work to protect our planet: Project Seagrass, Surfers Against Sewage, The Wildlife Trust, or Forestry England.
How it works
Each of the 25 actions in this quest has a score associated with it.
- Quick wins & mindset shifts – 50 points
- Conscious habits – 100 points
- Lifestyle shifters – 200 points
- Power players – 500 points
Your goal is to hit 800 points each month out of a total of 3,750 points. How you get there is entirely up to you. You have complete freedom to choose the tasks that fit your life and skip the ones that don’t.
Use the tracker to keep score and track your progress.
A few things to remember:
- Honesty System: This challenge operates entirely on the honesty system. When you complete a specific goal, mark it with a “Y” in your tracker to claim your points.
- Existing Habits Count: If you are already doing an action (like using renewable energy), you get to claim those points immediately. Good habits deserve to be rewarded.
- The 90-Day Timeline: You have a full 3 months to complete as many of the 25 missions as possible, building positive habits as you go.
- Progress Over Perfection: There is no such thing as perfection in sustainability. Build points at your own pace because every single action matters.

Let’s not overcomplicate things. We need everyone taking action – however small – to protect our planet. Because those small, consistent changes add up to something much bigger.
The Dalai Lama put it perfectly: “If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.”
